Online Payment & Refund Policy

On-line Payments
To pay online for a deposit or balance payment to an invoice, estimate, quote, you will be asked for certain information in connection with your on-line payment transaction, including your name, address, phone number, credit card information and quote or sales acknowledgement number. You agree to provide us with accurate, correct and up to date information, which we shall administer in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy and practices from time to time at our sole discretion. If you make payments on this site with a credit card, you grant to us permission to charge all fees you authorize by use of the credit card you provide to us. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or such payment is returned to us for any reason, we may either suspend, delay, and / or cancel your order and all services under this agreement and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Big Bob’s Outlets of Kansas City, INC / DBA Big Bob’s Outlets and its owners, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against all losses, fees, expenses, liabilities and damage suffered by Big Bob’s Outlets of Kansas City, INC / DBA Big Bob’s Outlets, and you agree to immediately pay Big Bob’s Outlets of Kansas City, INC / DBA Big Bob’s Outlets any unpaid account balance. You also will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.  If you prefer not to make a payment online, please stop by one of our three convenient locations.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a payment on your balance.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your payment, which could delay your installation. Your credit card will be billed immediately once you process the payment.

Additional Payment & Refund Information
All balances must be paid before pickup, delivery or installation. To request a refund please contact the corporate office at 913-362-2627.  Processing refunds may take approximately 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Returns & Order Cancellation
No refunds on any order that have been cut off our original roll.  No refunds on special orders. No refunds on closeouts or special sale items.
Area rugs / Oriental rugs or carpet remnant can be returned within 3 business days as long as the rug is in perfect condition. Un-opened boxes of running line hard surface goods can be returned within 5 days of purchase. Un-opened store sundries can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. We will never sell or share your information with any other company for any reason other than: Forwarding shipping information to shipping companies, installation / service providers or processing your payment through our third party credit card processing company.
